You will get up with the first person. All tile and laminate flooring with metal door frames and auto close creates an institutional atmosphere.

I enjoy very much staying at the Flatlands, very clean, very comfortable beds, all new and the staff is supperb.
A small motel outside of town. Nice and new. No amenities to speak of besides the BBQ on the patio. It has good TV and Internet. Very clean and quiet.
The hotel staff is accommodating and the price is great. Rooms are new, clean and offer all you need. My concerns are that the noise in the hallway and between rooms is excessively loud, the buildings walls are very thin. The internet is extremely slow, especially if you have more than one person using it, gridlock.
